Maquoketa "Meth Town" ???

I recently was doing some google searches on the topic MaqTown and came across a website for Urban Legends that claims Maquoketa's nickame "Maq-Town" is associated with a reference to Maquoketa being the biggest Meth doing town in Iowa.

Quote:      "The biggest Methamphetamine doing town in Iowa."

 I do understand we seem to have our share of Meth, Meth Users, Meth Busts, etc. but didnt think our nice small town had this sort of negative association.
