PACK Fall Festival will be held Saturday, Oct. 20 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Maquoketa Middle School.
Fun filled activity for the whole family. Includes games, raffles, cake walk, stuffed animal walk, pumpkin painting, fire truck rides, concessions and other activities for youth.

Fall Vocal Concert presented by the Maquoketa High School Choir will be held at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16 at First Lutheran Church, Maquoketa. I went to the “organizing for Change” rally that was held Sunday, Oct. 7. in the Maquoketa Middle School Gym to see and hear Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clintons campaign speach.

Twelve area students were awarded Harlan and Helene Ruff scholarships.
The fund was established to provide funding to students graduating from Maquoketa High School whose parents reside in Farmer’s Creek Township in rural Jackson County.
