CLINTON — The Eastern Iowa Community College District Board of Directors has approved asking voters for support of a $33 million bond referendum.

The district also plans to create new centers in Maquoketa, West Liberty, Wilton and west Davenport and upgrade its current facility in Columbus Junction.

Hello everyone. I had a great time walking all over the area taking photos of the parade and people. Stopped to chat with alot of people too, very nice. The parade started at 6:00 pm and i believe lasted till 7:45.
